Our Story

At our homestead it all started with the "Peanut Grow Kit" , and then it grew from there. I am a proud "Feral Mountain Woman". We moved here trying to get away and make our own serenity.

Now, we settled on 9 acres, with a ever growing empire of serenity. We build our own tiny home and have several animal shelters.

I have a blog, and I am trying to share everything on each and every social media platform I can.

Now and until the end I will lay my roots..

Unexpected Hikes : Hindsight preparedness

We envision a future where every family is growing, baking and crafting together! We want everyone to engage their creative side, and everyone is engaged.

Working toward sustainable families and forming trusted communities.

Below you will see the how commitment to learning and developing!

I have included pictures of our family friends on the homestead for you below.

Meet Baby Rosie Wilson

She is my grand-daughter

Born on this property and left

her mark on everyone she met

I named a permanent garden

in her honor that will grow every year, just as she does!

Meet :Hammy ,

He is our resident rooter

He will grow out about 5 more months . He will provide us with several hundred pounds of great

pork. Pork chops, bacon, sausage, hams and even pork steak

He loves heart shaped piggy treats

Meet : Candy Corn "Mr Corn"

He is our resident pain in the ass lol

He eats everything and needs a lead because he is the master of travel.

He is the lone survivor of the herd, we are seeking a partner for him.

He his a Nigerian Dwarf .

Meet the Bunny Bitches:

Cinnamon and Grey Bunnie

We breed them in the warmer weather: Usually 3 times

This supplies us with enough to get through the cold weather with Bunny and rice, Bunny stew and Bunny and beans

Our Promise

I personally commit to sharing and teaching others everything I learn. I am not a doctor, nor a professional teacher but I will do my best and share

Also this year I will be adding products and expanding with new pop up shop locations.

My goal is to be a homestead (household) name in every type of home. I was very excited when some already knew me from the Self reliance fest 2024.

Our kits are family friendly and appeal to all ages, I love to see families come together and unite on the all ends.

Very easy to follow illustrations and creative all the way!

"Abundant Roots Homestead strives for sustainability in all we do. From our minimized packaging to sustainable products in our kits, we are constantly seeking ways to stop waste while delivering exceptional creativity. We will continue to expand the non profit stores for our tea cup sets also!"

- Jessica

Here at #ARH - we believe in being one with nature and living off the land. All of our kits are to grow creativity and sustainability!!
